CC and CC 2014 are separate complete programs, no amount of updating will bring CC13.2 up to CC2014 (even though the installer button says/said "Update" on it).
Make sure once you've installed the new version, that you create shortcuts/aliases from the correct program file in the Dreamweaver CC 2014 folder or you may accidentally continue opening CC 13.2 and it will seem like the "update" didn't take.
