Open Security Essentials, go to the History Tab, then check both 'Quarantined Items' and 'All Detected Items'.

Do you have items present in these tabs?

 

Scour through each one: Select an item in the list and from the details view at the bottom, check the details to see the originating offending file(s).

 

Is there one related to Photoshop?
