Thank you again for trying to help me out. I never put any of those folders on my desktop. Since I better than to move them, I left them there. I did put my videos/pics/music in one main folder with sub folders. I bought the program from Amazon and downloaded it. I have that file from Amazon.
Since I was having these problems for the past 10 days or so, I began renaming and saving the last four versions of the movie so I could fall back on one of those if something happened to the version I was working on.
I am able to sign out. I'll reinstall the program after doing the cleaning. By the way, can the program run on two machines? If this next attempt fails, then I'll load it on my laptop. I'm at the point of just wanting to burn a disk.
