Thanks for your response. Changing the Attempts did not work. I still get the FAILED result.
Also, increasing the Attempt doesn't allow the user to "jump to" the review slide when he select the wrong answer on the first try. Increasing the Attempts makes the user keep on guessing the answer and on the LAST Attempt, he is finally sent to the review slide. I don't think this is a good Remediation process.
I am attaching some screen shots. As you can see from the screen shots, the "Quiz results slide" contains the label "NaN" which I'm not familiar with. I"ve also attached my quiz settings.
Do you have any other suggestions?
