Does anyone not experience bugs and trouble with CC?
Finding it near impossible to move forward with this software. Is there anyone out there that doesn't experience trouble on an almost everyday basis? Id love to hear what you are doing right.

Did you install Photoshop Elements? It sounds like you installed Premiere Elements, video editing program. PSE has a separate installer, if you really bought both programs and not just PRE.
