Windows and It is version 3.0 There is no option to put in a serial number at any point - when I first installed the program the number was certainly correct

with sharpening at 0 there is nothing for the other sliders to do. you have to move the Amount slider in order for the rest to become active. Ive tested this and this is normal operation.
