You can't buy CS5 anymore through Adobe. You can still download the trial from them, which helps if you purchased it in the past and lost your disks but still have a serial number. The only versions you can buy are CS6 and CC.
The only perpetual license version available (for purchase without a subscription) through Adobe is DWCS6 from here: Creative Suite 6
