Kindly try the steps below,
1) Try repairing the Adobe Reader installation through help>repair Adobe Reader installation and restart your machine.
2) Also, you can try deleting the following files located in the below mentioned location
C:\Users\vikransi\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\11.0
C:\Users\vikransi\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\11.0
Restart you System and launch Adobe Reader. Alternatively, you can uninstall and re-install the Adobe Reader.
