Your list of things doesn't include rebooting, but since it's been two weeks, I'm guessing that your system has been rebooted more than once...
Weird crashes like this often go away when the app is completely uninstalled, but you've tried that, too. And you've tried the Adobe cleaner...
It's increasingly unlikely that the solution will crop up on a forum, since this sounds like a very unusual situation. At this point, I would call Adobe and see if they have some technical insight into what's going on, although I realize that can be a long, tiresome process.
I realize I haven't really contributed anything to a solution, but I didn't want you to go any longer without anybody responding.
