on 8/3 I purchased a creative cloud membership but canceled it within the hour upon finding out that my boyfriend already had the same membership. I contacted support right away and they told me they had initiated a refund that would be in my account in 5-7 business days. Its been over a week and I have not received a refund so I contacted support again today. This second customer support representative told me that a refund had never been initiated like that first representative told me and that now its initiated and I have to wait an additional 5-7 days or more for my refund. How is this an ok way to treat customers? Its been over a week and I should have my refund now.
