Hello there!
Currently we integrate our video files in our folio. But due to files size, we want to start offering streaming content instead.
We could´t find much information about the video or server requirements.
Our online department uploads videos content to a video streaming service called "brightcove". We would like to use this as well.
We tried to stream a video from there but got an error report. Something like "Media could´t be loaded, test your internet connection or try again later."
But Internet connection is just fine. ah …and of course we use "http" in the folio overlay panel and not "https".
Any ideas, what could be the problem and a possible solution?
