I have just had the same problem. I am a school employee and this is very unfair. I contacted their online chat and all they would say in the end is that I have to contact the reseller.
This is an outrageous joke and blatant bullying by a corporation.
"Oh sorry sir. That car that you purchased from us, a year ago. Well, you don't own it any more. We do. We have changed our licensing policy. Please contact the dealer."
Silly me. They don't say please or sorry.
