Could you please let us know the version of wacom drivers.
To find the version, go to "C:\Program Files\Tablet\Wacom"
Right click on "Wacom_Tablet.exe" and select properties.
Version number will be present in "Details" tab.
If you have older version of wacom drivers please update to latest version and retry.
Also please let us know the version of Wintab32.dll.
To find the version, go to "C:\Windows\System32"
Right click on "Wintab32.dll" and select properties.
Version number will be present in "Details" tab.
