Both cards are supported as a Maximus Configuration. I should have been more clear. When CC2014 released AME used both GPU's and the graph would show both being utilized. Now after the 2014.1 this is what I see when rendering in AME. Let me also say I don't know if this is unintended or intended. Perhaps Adobe has changed the GPU Management and allocates GPU use for better performance. Prior to 2014.1 both GPU's would be utilized at 20%-30% so what struck me was the tesla being used almost 100% and very light load on the quadro.
So perhaps this change has been made so that AME would keep rendering and Premiere would utilize GPU1 (Quadro 5000). In any case I love my Maximus setup it's fast and I've had no problems with the Quadro/Tesla combo on a Asus Rampage IV Extreme Motherboard with 1500W power supply.
