Unable to purchase or renew Adobe Creative Cloud products from Sri Lanka

Our company is a conglomerate based in Colombo, Sri Lanka and as of last year we were informed by our local suppliers that Adobe products such as Photoshop would be available only as Creative Cloud products. We therefore purchased Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams for our company by placing an order through our local supplier and have successfully been using the products for the past year. Our renewal is due this month but as of last month our suppliers have informed us that the local distributor in no longer affiliated with Adobe and therefore our subscriptions cannot be renewed and we cannot place any new orders.

 

Has anyone else come across the same issue? We only have a one month grace period to renew the order but do no yet see any means of doing so.

 

Appreciate if someone from Adobe would look into this matter since as an end user, we should not have to suffer due to suppliers. During the past month, only a plethora of emails have been going back and forth between us, our re-seller and Adobe India with no clear indication of a resolution.
