Premiere Pro won't open

I installed the trial of premiere pro but it won't let me open it on my computer. At the Sign In Required page I keep getting this message: "Please connect to the internet and retry. Either your computer is offline or the clock on your computer is set incorrectly, causing a connection error." Obviously, I'm connected to the internet and to my knowledge the clock on my computer is fine. Any suggestions? I'm running on Windows 8
