How to delete email field in contact form

Hi there,

I am having issue with the must contact form widget. When i import the widget into the website, i can't delete the email field from the contact form. How can i delete it? By pressing the delete key, nothing happens, by clicking on the blue icon the appears to de select required, it doesn't let me...

Any help as to how to remove the email form would be great.
