Not sure what to tell you on that one. Do you have another computer you can try installing on?
Page Plus supposedly has the ability to edit pdfs, if you have a pdf of your unfinished newsletter, you can use that as a starting point.
If you don't have a pdf, and you can gather your fonts, images and pm documents and post them online, I could runover to my work and create a couple of pdfs for you.
