Mac OSX - I'm trying to delete Creative Cloud to install a new one since the one i have now doesn't work - and it says I can't trash it because it's open but I can't find it ANYWHERE

I've uninstalled my Creative Cloud since when I open it it just shows up blank

I uninstalled + sent all CC related things to the trash and tried to empty it but it says that CC is still open somewhere so I can't delete
