Actually I have never done this with Acrobat. I just opened Acrobat, and I don't see how I would do that.
If I needed to resize documents in the past, I always used Illustrator.
If you need to know how to do that with Acrobat, you should ask in the Acrobat forum (this is the forum for the Acrobat.com online services).
