Hi all,
So, when I first installed the Adobe CC app launcher a few weeks ago, everything worked fine and I was able to download and install Photoshop onto my computer. Then, a few days ago, I tried to download a trial of Illustrator, and the launcher never loaded. I'd get the spinning loading animation, but then nothing. I quit and re-opened the launcher, same thing. I restarted my computer several times and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling CC, but that hasn't worked either. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the launcher a second time using CCleaner in between to make sure it uninstalled completely, which, of course, also didn't work. Photoshop does still work, though. And, stranger still, on my laptop I've been able to get everything working just fine.
I'm running Windows 7 on my desktop, and Windows 8.1 on my laptop, if that makes a difference.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I've run out of ideas.
