Flash Player stopped working in every Browser: IE, FireFox and Chrome

Let me begin by saying that I was having these issues a month ago. I tried to fix it with Dell Tech support over a period of a week and a half to no avail. We did everything we could think of and nothing would work other than a few false solutions which ultimately ended up failing. I am not a novice, but I am not an expert either, so suffice to say I have fixed many, many issues myself over the years, but this one takes the cake. I ended up completely reinstalling my OS and all of the apps. Everything has been fine for at least a month, but as of today, the issues all of a sudden came back. Again, all browsers Shockwave Flash failing.

I have never had this kind of a problem before and its persistence is affecting my productivity which is where things get to be annoying.

I run Avast for my virus protection and the scans come up clean. I didn't add any new apps...

Is anyone else finding that Flash is corrupted system wide and either have a solution or a comment on what they tried?

I'm getting ready to through this thing out the window. My only recourse has been to revert back to previous restore points or just a complete restore from disk image backup. But it seems that eventually corrupt for some reason, even after the clean install.

I feel like I'm stuck in a loop, doomed to repeat.
