It looks fine here - are you sure you're watching in 1080 (see the bottom right of this screenshot). This freeze frame doesn't really reflect the quality I'm seeing at this end. You have to wait for the little gear to stop spinning and display the small red HD next to it once you've selected 1080p. If your internet connection isn;t fast enough, you might not be able to run it at this size.
