@ I'm sorry to hear that, I think you have the right to put your account on hold because there is many reasons to do that and you don't want to cancel the whole thing. Also, about the rep, he/she shouldtake into accountthatthe client time is important, if the client said that he is busy, the rep should hung up and call in another time.
