Notification: "Uninstalling the add-on [name of add-on] failed. Please try again."

Every time my computer starts I get a bunch of Adobe CC notifications saying, "Uninstalling the add-on [name of add-on] failed. Please try again."

I had installed add-ons into Dreamweaver CC2014. After using it for a few hours I realized I still really don't like Dreamweaver, so I uninstalled. Now I'm constantly getting these "Failed" notifications. I removed them from my Add-on area, I deleted there preferences on my computer, I uninstalled the app itself, its not in my Extension Manager, I pretty much scoured my entire desktop for anything saying "Dreamweaver" and deleted it. I also deleted any downloaded package that had anything to do with these add-ons.

What is this, a bug?
