Hi nathanschiff,

I really apologize for the delay in response.

Please try to reset the preferences

Step 1. Hold down the Alt + Ctrl + Shift keys as you click on the icon to open Elements. When asked if you want to delete the settings file, say yes.

Step 2. Reset the preferences as above.

Step 3. Close Elements and let the file regenerate.

or

If above method does not work please try this:

Make sure you can see the hidden files and folders on your computer.

Go to Hidden Files & Folders.

5) Go to My Computer or Computer and follow this path:

C: > Users > [user name] > AppData > Roaming > Adobe > Photoshop Elements > x.0 > Editor > Adobe Photoshop Elements x.0 Prefs.psp

6) Right click on the Adobe Photoshop Elements x.0 Prefs.psp, and select Delete.

A new preferences file is created the next time you start Photoshop Elements.

This preferences file has default values.

Regards,

Sandeep
