I have an authentic version of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. Everything was working fine and then out of the blue the program starts asking me for a serial number.
When I enter the serial number that came with the purchase, the error message says "The serial number you entered is invalid. Please try again with a valid serial number. If the problem persists contact customer support."
Can somebody help?
