New test (Windows 8.1 - PPro CC 2014):
1 - in multimedia browser double click on psd file: image regularly shows in source monitor
2 - drag psd image from source monitor to timeline: OK no problem
but if I right click in multimedia browser on psd file and select "import" Premiere freezes (waiting 10 minutes but nothing changes)
