I would like steps 1 - 4 as you have outlined, as well as (if it's possible) having 'output' and 'during' not to show in the TOC. I know how to make buttons interactive, but not in conjunction with hiding slides. I want them to be invisible because although they are reasonably important, it will only add to an already congested project,
