Hello everyone,
Having completed my narrative-edit I've gone back to try blurring out car vehicle licence plates using the Track Matte/Mosaic effect for the first time whilst following the official Adobe Tutorial. However, having followed this step-by-step guide by duplicating the video layer, overlaying it, applying the Mosaic Effect, overlaying a Track Matte layer (reduced to a black square) I then face the same issue.
When choosing from the Track Matte Key options/pull down menu which lists ALL of the video tracks that sit above my duplicated video within my timeline I can ONLY choose from videos '7' upwards and NOT the Track Matte video track '4'. Out of curiosity I've tried to choose other tracks to see what the issue/problem might be but the effect will choose video 7 (automatically) when I manually try to choose videos 4, 5 or 6 but it does accept videos 7, 8 or 9 (which are Adjustment Layers and Cinema Bar Overlays).
