webapp item numbers

Hi All,

I am creating an online directory, I have all my items created as webapps.

I am now trying to do some webapp linking, as I am dealing with 1000's of items I would like to be able to create the linking in an import sheet but how can I found a list of the webapp item numbers?

I have done loads of searching around but can't seem to find this answer.
