Assuming Bob is right (it seems you need to look again, more carefully) then you're wrong, and Jim is wrong, and I was wrong. Jim and me and you have been right for so many years, that it's hard to imagine it being wrong at this point, but if we can believe what Bob is showing us (the screenshots are pretty-much proof, if not "photoshopped" or otherwise in error), there is no other conclusion I can think of.
The ratio is the same in both cases he (Bob S.) presented.
