As you can see right there -- your Intel video card driver is crashing.
You need a more recent driver to pick up the bug fixes.
If Sony has damaged your system so that you cannot update the driver, then demand that Sony provide the updated drivers, or fix the system so you can update the drivers.
In the meantime, you can change the name of sniffer.exe to ~sniffer.exe and live dangerously -- the driver may still crash at any time, but at least you should be able to launch Photoshop.
