It was a little more problematic than just closing and reboot. I uninstalled the creative cloud desktop app, tried reinstalling, and tried reboot. After search the forums I found this link:

I ran the tools, reinstalled creative cloud desktop app, and now things seem to work. I still have one problem, the desktop app doesn't recognize all the install creative cloud products. If I reinstall the apps through the cloud, they register.
